My online username and password is not working.

If you were previously able to login into your account online, please try to reset your username and password.

If that does not work, follow the steps below.

  1. Contact Member Services at your local YMCA.  Ask to update the email address on file. 
  2. Go back to the web site and click-on, "Sign-in" at the top of the page. 
  3. Click on "Active your Account"  Use the email address that we have on file at Member Services desk at your local YMCA.
