If you were previously able to log in to your account online, please try
to reset your password. If that does not work, please contact Member
Services at your local YMCA to verify or update the email address on
file. Please note that you must have previously and successfully activated an online account to use the reset function. Online accounts can be activated using the middle section of the log in page or by a Member Services Rep at your local YMCA. You may also submit a request for help using the web support form or by sending an email to tickets@ymcadallas.uservoice.com for any login challenges.
