Received an error message: "Duplicate emails in the system."

This means that we have multiple accounts for you in our system.  To correct this, please contact Member Services at your YMCA branch.  Ask that they consolidate your accounts into one account.  Also, confirm that the email address on your account is your preferred email address.  Once this is corrected, you will be able to login online.
