I can't activate my account online.

To activate your account online, we MUST have your correct email address in our system.  If you are a current/past member and or program participant, please contact Member Services at your local YMCA branch to verify or update the email address we have on file for you. Member Services can then activate your online account and provide a link via email to set a password for the account. You may also submit a request for help using the web support form or by sending an email to tickets@ymcadallas.uservoice.com for any login challenges.

All others please create a new account.
