I can't activate my account online.

To activate your account online, we MUST have your correct email address in our system.  If you are a current/past member and/or program participant, contact Member Services at your YMCA branch to update the email address we have on file for you.  You can also click HERE to submit your updated information.  Please allow 48-72 hours for your information to be updated in our system.

All others please create a new account.
